A Report of Transient Ventilatory Insufficiency by using Bronchial Stapler during Pulmonary Resection

Abstract
Even in the awake, alert patient, an artificial airway interferes with the cough mechanism. In addition, many patients with tracheal tubes have weak coughs because of underlying illness, sedation, sedation, head injury, or pharmacologically
induced
paralysis. In order to facilitate secretion clearance, suctioning is an integral part of the care of the patient whose trachea is intubated. We recently experienced temporal hypoxemia in the patient who underwent right internal middle lobectomy
for
pulmonary cyst because of suctioning catheter was fixed by bronchial stapler which was used for a removal of pathologic right internal middle lobe. We discussed complications and safe maneuvers of tracheobronchial toilet
